We Welcome Pets!

At Best Western San Jorge your pet is welcome too.

In order to make your pet’s stay and yours the nicest possible without being a problem for the rest of our guests, we invite you to read our hotel’s pet policies:

• ANIMALS ALLOWED: Dogs and cats.
• PRICE PER NIGHT/ANIMAL: $100.00 MXN
• Maximum weight: 44 pounds
• RESERVATIONS: Up to one pet per room is allowed. Reservations exclusively for pets are not allowed.
• FEES/DEPOSIT: We require a deposit of $1,000.00 MXN at the moment of the check-in for any possible damage. In case of damages, the hotel will keep the full amount of the deposit.
• USE OF COMMON AREAS: Pets cannot make use of common areas like the restaurant, bar, swimming pool, etc.
• CLEANING SERVICE: Pets should be removed from the room in order to make the cleaning.
• NOISES AND DISTURBANCES: In case of noises or disturbances caused by the pet, the hotel reserves the right to expel the guest and his pet.
• USE OF THE LEASH: The use of a leash is obligatory in the common areas of the hotel.
• It is allowed to leave the pet alone in the rooms as long as they’re inside their cages (*see Cleaning Service).
• Pets on the bed or making use of the hotel towels are not allowed.
• The guest takes full responsibility of his pet and its behavior at all time.
