Hotel Policies

Check-In: 15:00 hours.
Check-Out: 12:00 hours.

Guarantee policy:
We require a bank deposit or voucher as guarantee upon arrival.

No shows:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Extra person fees:
A $250.00 MXN fee applies for every extra guest.

Children:
Minors under 11 years old are considered children. 12 years old and older pay full rate.

Pets:
We welcome pets.

Overbooking policy:
In the event that our Hotel cannot provide the lodging service contracted, our Hotel will find suitable alternatives to replace the contracted service, ensuring they are at least equal to or better than the original benefits.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
